Returns & Refunds — Lunara
We want you to love what you ordered. If something isn't right, we're here to make it easy.
Our Return Policy
We offer a 30-day return window from the date you receive your order. To be eligible, items must be unworn, unwashed, and returned with original tags attached and in their original packaging. Please keep your order confirmation as proof of purchase.
To start a return, email us at hello@lunara-world.com. Once your return is accepted, we'll send you full instructions on how and where to send your package. Please do not send items back without contacting us first — we won't be able to process them.

Damaged or Incorrect Items
Please inspect your order as soon as it arrives. If your item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, contact us immediately at hello@lunara-world.com with your order number and a photo of the item. We'll send a replacement or issue a full refund — at no cost to you.
Exchanges
The fastest way to get the right size or colour is to return your original item and place a new order once your return is accepted. Our team can guide you through the process if needed.
European Union — 14-Day Cooling Off Period
If your order is shipped within the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days of receipt, for any reason and without justification. Items must be unworn, unwashed, with tags, and in original packaging. Proof of purchase is required.
Non-Returnable Items
We're unable to accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll notify you by email. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please allow additional time for your bank to post the refund. If more than 15 business days have passed since approval, contact us at hello@lunara-world.com.
